The World's Greatest

Aria is sure she can break a world record. With her best friend Hudson's support, she tries everything from doing the loudest burp to training the fastest tortoise on the planet. Yet becoming a world champion always seems to be just beyond her reach. Being constantly interrupted by friends and family who need her help doesn't make it any easier. Then Hudson has an idea that maybe could make Aria the World's Greatest after all.

The World's Greatest is from Story Seekers Series 3 - a collection of fiction and non-fiction chapter books for students aged 9 to 12 with a current reading level of 7.5 to 8 years old.

The aim of Story Seekers is to improve reading comprehension through an integrated literacy approach, which emphasises linguistic comprehension and phonemic and phonological awareness. The books are unique in that the topic and storylines appeal to students' age, while the vocabulary matches their reading abilities.

Story Seekers books are versatile. They can be used for guided and independent reading and for ESOL learners. They are also designed to be easily read by individuals with dyslexia.
