Susan Grieshaber is a professor emerita in the School of Education, La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. She was an early childhood teacher and advisor in before school and the early years of school settings for 14 years before moving to the university sector. Sue is an experienced researcher and adopts approaches to learning, teaching, and research that are aimed at achieving socially just and equitable early childhood education for all children.

Alistair Gibbs has been working within the early childhood sector in various teaching, leadership and consultancy roles for over 12 years. He is committed to being an advocate for the profession through board director roles for both Social Justice in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Australia. Alistair strives to use his various roles to challenge and empower, with integrity and respect, the voice of self and others.

Dr Louise Hennessy is an early childhood education professional with broad experience across the sector.
